These shipping and delivery conditions apply to orders placed through the Rivnor online store.
We strive to process your order as quickly as possible. Typically, your order is shipped within 1–4 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise communicated.
Actual delivery times depend on your location, the selected shipping method, and possible local delays (e.g., customs processing). The following timeframes serve as guidelines:

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed during checkout. In many cases, we offer free shipping once a minimum order value is reached — starting from a cart value of €80.
Since we do not currently operate a fixed warehouse in all regions, we ship your items to the delivery address provided at checkout once payment has been received.
In case of a return, we will provide you with the return address via email once the return process has been confirmed by us.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (Track & Trace), if provided by the shipping carrier.
Please watch for any notifications from the carrier (e.g., delivery attempts, customs inquiries).
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs fees, import taxes or other charges may apply, which must be paid by the recipient. These costs are not included in the shipping fee.

If the carrier is unable to make contact or the package is returned to us, we reserve the right to offer reshipment or a refund of shipping costs at our discretion.
